Your Assets, Your Data – Now in One Place

We’re excited to announce the launch of Asset Profiles, a major upgrade that gives you complete visibility into the assets you manage—not just the trackers on them. Available now in version 2.16.4, this feature marks a significant step forward in how you organize, understand, and act on your asset data.

Why Asset Profiles?

Until now, tracking has focused primarily on the location of a tracker. But we know that what you really care about is the asset itself—whether it's equipment, tools, vehicles, or other high-value items. Asset Profiles flips the script and brings the focus back to your actual assets, not just the hardware attached to them.

What You Can Do with Asset Profiles:

Add key asset details like name, make, model, and serial number
Tag and filter by asset—not just tracker ID
Set asset status as Active, Inactive, or Out of Service
Attach documents like manuals, maintenance logs, and photos
Keep notes to record asset history or special handling instructions

Now, when you link a tracker to an asset, you’ll see the asset’s profile—not just the raw tracking data. This means less guesswork and more clarity, especially when managing large fleets or diverse equipment inventories.

Who It’s For

Whether you're managing heavy equipment, trailers, high-value tools, or mobile assets of any kind, Asset Profiles help you:

  • Reduce time spent cross-referencing spreadsheets

  • Centralize documentation in one place

  • Make faster, more informed decisions

How to Get Started

Asset Profiles is included in the latest app update (v2.16.4) and is ready for you to use today.
