THE PROBLEM
The cost of not knowing where your freight is.
You're eating surcharges you can't dispute.
When a customer claws back money for a late delivery, you need defensible proof — not a screenshot, not the driver's word. Without it, you're self-insuring every shipment.
Timestamped proof of delivery you can actually defend.
Your visibility tools are overbuilt and overpriced.
Enterprise platforms charge enterprise prices and still can't reliably prove delivery at the actual dropoff. You're paying for complexity you don't need.
Per-shipment pricing — pay only when you ship.
You find out about deviations and theft too late.
Unauthorized stops, off-route detours, and cargo diversion — dispatch needs to know in the moment, not after the load is gone.
Real-time route-deviation alerts as it happens.
WHY FREIGHT CARRIERS CHOOSE HAPN
Protect your revenue, your cargo, and your operation.
PROTECT YOUR REVENUE
Stop eating SLA surcharges.
Timestamped arrival confirmation and proof of delivery give you defensible evidence — so you stop absorbing SLA surcharge claims you have no way to dispute.
PROTECT YOUR CARGO
Catch diversion as it happens.
Discreet disposable trackers and route-deviation alerts help you catch diversion and theft in the moment — not after the load is already gone.
PROTECT YOUR OPERATION
Run it all from one view.
Manage your whole shipment operation in one place: ETAs, late flags, and rule violations across every active load — without forcing your team onto a complex TMS.
HOW IT WORKS
Buy, deploy, track.
No enterprise rollout and no IT project. Four steps from creating a shipment to proving it arrived.
Create the shipment as a Job
Set origin, destination, expected delivery window, and your reference/BOL number. Add one at a time or upload in bulk by CSV.
Assign a disposable tracker
Scan the tracker in the Hapn app when it goes on the trailer. No charging, no install, nothing to recover later.
Monitor everything live
Watch route compliance, ETA, and late/violation alerts across all active shipments in one dashboard.
Prove it arrived
When the trip ends you get a timestamped arrival confirmation and a customer-facing tracking link you can share.

ONE DASHBOARD
Every active shipment, one view.
Watch live ETA and late-shipment risk across your whole operation. Route-deviation and rule-violation alerts flag the exceptions for you, and a date- and time-stamped arrival confirmation closes out every trip with proof of delivery — all without forcing your team onto a complex TMS.
ON EVERY LOAD
A tracker that ships with the freight.
Drop a discreet, disposable GPS tracker on the load and send it. It's single-use — no charging, no install, and nothing to recover or return. The hardware cost is already in your per-shipment price.
WHO IT'S FOR
Made for the carriers on the hook for delivery.
WHY HAPN
Built for carriers, not enterprise procurement.
Where enterprise visibility platforms and legacy shipment-security tools pile on cost and complexity, Hapn keeps it to what a freight carrier actually needs.
Disposable trackers
Single-use trackers that ship with the load — no charging, no pairing, and no return logistics to manage.
Route compliance that holds up
Higher update frequency — down to 1-minute pings — so your route-deviation evidence is tight enough to actually stand behind.
Per-shipment pricing
Pay only when you ship. The tracker hardware and the software come together in one price — no per-device subscription.
Fast, light deployment
Buy, deploy, track. No multi-month enterprise rollout, no IT project, no forcing your team onto a complex platform.
“We moved off a legacy visibility platform that cost a fortune and still left us arguing over late-delivery claims. Now we have timestamped proof on every load — our surcharge exposure dropped and the rollout took days, not quarters.”

Common Questions
No. Hapn is a shipment-tracking and proof-of-delivery platform — not a routing engine or a transportation-management system. We do not do turn-by-turn or dynamic driver routing, and we are not a TMS. What we do is tell you where every shipment is, alert you when one leaves its assigned route, and give you a timestamped record that it arrived. Many carriers run Hapn alongside their existing TMS.
