At Hapn, we're always looking for ways to make fleet and asset tracking simpler and faster. Today, we're excited to announce that asset and tracker management now lives directly on the Live Map — putting every tool you need right where you're already looking.

What's New?

Until now, managing your trackers meant navigating to a separate Asset & Tracker Management page. It worked, but it pulled you away from the map and added unnecessary steps to everyday tasks. We heard your feedback: you wanted those controls closer to the action.

Now, your tracker list on the Live Map can expand into a full table view with a single click. You'll see asset names, tracker models, reporting modes, and IMEIs all in one clean, sortable layout — without leaving the map.

Key Features

Expandable Table View — Toggle your tracker list into a full-width table that shows asset names, tracker models, reporting modes, and IMEIs. Your existing search and filters work seamlessly in this new view.

Multi-Select — Click to select individual trackers or use select-all to grab your entire fleet. Selected trackers are highlighted on both the table and the map.

Floating Action Bar — When you select one or more trackers, a contextual action bar appears with four powerful bulk actions:

  • Create an Alert — Set up geofence, speed, or movement alerts for all selected trackers at once
  • Add to an Existing Alert — Assign selected trackers to alerts you've already configured
  • Run a Report — Generate trip, stop, or activity reports across multiple assets simultaneously
  • Update Reporting Mode — Adjust how frequently your trackers report, available when compatible models are selected

How It Works

Getting started takes just a few clicks. Log in to your Hapn account and open the Live Map. You'll see a new expand icon on your tracker list — click it to switch to the full table view. From there, select the trackers you want to work with and the action bar will appear at the bottom of your screen. Choose your action, configure the details, and you're done.
