We offer free shipping on all orders over $39.00 within the continental United States. We do offer shipping for Next Day and 2 Day Air. Orders must be placed by 4pm EST for Next Day shipping.

Next Day Saturday Delivery must be placed before 3:00pm EST Friday. For expedited shipping rates please proceed to our shopping cart where you can submit your Name and Address for an instant shipping quote on 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. Hapn is not liable for packages that weren’t delivered on time because of mishaps or unavoidable delays by our couriers.

When ordering, the recipient agrees to become the importer of record and is obligated to comply with all US and foreign laws and regulations required for the country of import.

All orders shipped internationally can be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of any goods, the importer is required to pay any duties, taxes, fees or expenses of the import. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the importer and Hapn is not liable for or assumes any responsibility for these fees. Note these fees may not be included in any final total as these fees are accessed by the third-party and are not known to Hapn.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: Some countries require identification or declaration from the importer. The importer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation to the appropriate authorities.
