Overview
Hapn connects to Volvo CE's CareTrack telematics over the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard — plus Volvo's Extended Asset API, which adds full electromobility data for Volvo's growing electric lineup. Your Volvo machines land in the same Hapn dashboard as the rest of your fleet.

Over the standard AEMP feed, Hapn ingests:
- Location and engine status for every connected machine.
- Total operating hours, idle hours, and cumulative operating distance.
- Fuel level and total fuel used.
- Cumulative payload totals and load counts for production tracking.
- Via the Extended Asset API: battery state of charge, charging status and rate, remaining charge and run time, power consumption when working vs. idling, and charger type.
That data powers Hapn's zones, alerts, maintenance, and utilization reporting — one operational picture across every brand you run, electric machines included.
Data Info
Access is requested through your Volvo CE dealer or account manager, who submits the API order to Volvo. You'll receive an invitation to the Volvo CE Developer Portal with your credentials, and the Hapn team handles the connection from there. Data coverage varies by machine model; contact us to confirm coverage for your fleet.
