Hapn connects to Tadano's HELLO-NET telematics over the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard, bringing your Tadano cranes into the same dashboard as the rest of your fleet.

Over the standard feed, Hapn ingests:
- Location and operating status for every connected crane.
- Total operating hours, power take-off hours, and distance traveled.
- Fuel level, fuel tank capacity, total fuel used, and fuel used over the last 24 hours.
- DEF tank level.
That data powers Hapn's zones, alerts, maintenance, and utilization reporting — one operational picture across every brand you run.
Data Info
API credentials are issued by Tadano — your Tadano representative provides them — and the Hapn team handles the connection from there. Data coverage varies by crane model; contact us to confirm coverage for your fleet.
