Overview
Hapn connects to LBX RemoteCARE telematics over the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard. RemoteCARE has shipped on Link-Belt excavators since 2014 with no subscription fees, so the data already exists — Hapn brings it into the same dashboard as the rest of your fleet.
Details
Over the standard feed, Hapn ingests:
- Location for every connected machine.
- Total operating hours and idle hours.
- Total fuel used, fuel used over the last 24 hours, and DEF tank level.
Inside Hapn, that drives zones, alerts, and utilization reporting alongside every other brand in your fleet.
Data Info
Access uses an API token issued by Link-Belt Excavators (LBX) — your LBX representative provides it — and the Hapn team handles the connection from there. Data coverage varies by machine model and year; contact us to confirm coverage for your fleet.
