JLG ClearSky

OEM Data Feeds

Pull live data from JLG's ClearSky telematics directly into Hapn. Track the location, hours, and operational status of your JLG boom lifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers alongside every other asset in your fleet.

Overview

Hapn connects to JLG's ClearSky Smart Fleet over the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard — one of the deepest feeds in the access industry, with dozens of machine parameters. Your JLG booms, scissors, and telehandlers land in the same Hapn dashboard as the rest of your fleet.

Details

Over the standard feed, Hapn ingests:

  • Location, engine status, operating and idle hours, and distance.
  • Access-specific data: platform height, platform and ground mode, and payload.
  • Electric fleet data: battery state of charge, battery temperature and voltage, charger state and output.
  • Engine health: fuel level and burn (total, last 24 hours, idle), DEF level and temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine speed and load, and fault codes.

For rental fleets, that means true utilization, battery readiness, and machine health per unit — without a separate portal.

Data Info

Access runs through a ClearSky service account created by JLG — arranged with your JLG sales team or ClearSky support — and the Hapn team handles the connection from there. Data coverage varies by model and ClearSky generation; contact us to confirm coverage for your fleet.
