Hapn connects to Hitachi's telematics — the ConSite remote monitoring service and Global e-Service portal behind roughly 300,000 connected machines — over the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard Hitachi's Telematics API natively supports. Your Hitachi excavators land in the same Hapn dashboard as the rest of your fleet.
Details
Over the standard feed, Hapn ingests:
- Location, engine status, and maximum speed over the last 24 hours.
- Total operating hours, idle hours, and idle non-operating hours.
- Fuel level, total fuel used, fuel used over the last 24 hours, and DEF tank level.
- Cumulative payload totals and distance traveled.
That data powers Hapn's zones, alerts, maintenance, and utilization reporting — one operational picture across every brand you run.
Data Info
API credentials are issued by Hitachi — your Hitachi representative provides them — and the Hapn team handles the connection from there. Update frequency depends on the transmission setting in your Hitachi portal application, and data coverage varies by machine model; contact us to confirm coverage for your fleet.
